Hands 4 HOPE of the Grand Valley
What is this?
Hands 4 HOPE are your hands, your group adopting a less
fortunate family.
HOPE of the Grand Valley receives needs from families every
day.
Some of these needs are families that have moved from being
homeless to receiving a home, via GJHA, the VA or other resources. These are the families you will be adopting. Each of these families have signed a release
prior to any publications.
What do you do?
You agree to gather 5-6 people or more together,
your group provides the strong backs, the trucks and the passion to minister to
these families.We encourage you to
listen to them, pray with them and invite them to your church if they do not
already have a church home.
If your group would like to provide the family
with home made cookies, cake, or other treat, that would be an additional house
warming gift for them to enjoy.
Before you head out for your first mission; HOPE
of the Grand Valley will provide qualified instructors to meet with your group.
HOPE of the Grand Valley will then give you the
family's information
HOPE of the Grand Valley receives donations weekly of
various items.We place these donations
in our storage units and when the need arises we GIVE these items to the less
fortunate, all in the name of GOD.
We provide the client with a letter, letting them know that
GOD has provided these items for them to remind them of how much HE loves them,
and a pre-read Bible.
HOPE of the Grand Valley will provide you with what we have for this family.
